V Unnikrishnan is a visionary leader in the media and entertainment industry, boasting an impressive 30-year track record as a seasoned journalist. His career began with the esteemed Malayala Manorama publication, laying a strong foundation for subsequent leadership roles at prominent television news channels such as Arab News, Jaihind TV, Indiavision TV, and News 18.
An accomplished senior editor, Unnikrishnan possesses a deep understanding of media production, with demonstrated expertise in television channel management, political reporting, web content writing, storytelling, news writing, and editing. His academic credentials include an MA in English from Kerala University and a PGDCJ from the Kerala Media Academy, further solidifying his knowledge base.
Unnikrishnan's entrepreneurial spirit led him to found TRENDEST MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED and AYA MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. These dynamic companies offer a comprehensive array of services encompassing OTT platforms, news, movie rights, e-magazines, animation, short films, e-radio, live streaming, web series, and advanced digital solutions. Unnikrishnan's expertise extends to YouTube (MCN, CMS, Content ID, audience growth), music distribution, rights management, and robust DRM systems.
